Specific conditions
Deposit of €2,600 payable in cash, bank transfer or credit card. If paying by card, please check your card limit with your bank. PLEASE NOTE: in the event of damage for which you are responsible, the entire deposit will be retained.
The driver must be at least 20 years old and have two years' driving experience.
Please note that the vehicle must be returned in the same condition of cleanliness as when you collected it (photos of the condition of the vehicle will serve as proof) for the exterior, the front cab, the horse compartment and the tack room. Cleaning must be carried out in accordance with best practice, ideally using a high-pressure cleaner at a car wash. Do not use dirty sponges or cloths that could scratch the paintwork. If the truck is returned dirty, you will be charged a flat fee of £250 when you return the truck.
In the event of damage and if the lorry's insurance is involved, the deposit will be retained in full (amount corresponding to the excess). If your insurance covers the repair of the damage, the deposit will be returned to you once the repairs have been carried out.

Conditions d'annulation modérées
A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
