Specific conditions
- The van is monitored by GPS system.
- You can leave your car parked in a closed, guarded and monitored car park until the end of your service.
- One rental day = 24 hours. If you return the vehicle late, the rental company may charge you up to one additional day's rental. If you are late, please contact the rental company to inform them.
- The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a driving licence for at least 2 years.
- The van is fully insured for external damage, but does not cover the horse. In the event of a claim, an excess of 500 will be applied.
A deposit of €500 is payable upon collection of the vehicle by credit card or in cash. The hirer must provide their bank details and authorises the hire company to deduct from the deposit any amount owed in the event of damage to the vehicle, as well as any additional rental costs (such as late return, lack of fuel, cleaning costs or fines).

A 95% refund will be permitted if the cancellation occurs 7 days before rental. A 50% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation happened between 48 hours to 7 days before rental. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before rental.
